| HOW TO EXHIBIT ON FINE ART EDITIONS > |

| Applications can be made online on the form at the bottom of this page or by post. To ensure a successful application please fill in all required fields and supply images of your artwork with your application. Your application will then be under review for acceptance into the Fine Art Editions Gallery. If your application is successful we will then begin the process of adding information and images to the Fine Art Editions Gallery. |
| * WE ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM UK RESIDENTS OF AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. |
| REVIEW AND NOTIFICATION > |
| All applications once received will then be under review for acceptance into the Fine Art Editions Gallery. If your application is successful we will then begin the process of adding your information and images of your artwork to the gallery. You will receive notification by email or telephone if your application is successful or not. The time scale from receiving your application to adding your artwork to the gallery takes between 7 - 14 days. Once your information and artwork images have been added to the gallery we can amend your details if required. Once successfully accepted into the gallery your administration fees cover you for a period of 3 months, once this period has elapsed we can then remove your artwork from the gallery if required. If you wish to continue your gallery admission then we would need to take a further payment of £10 to continue your gallery admission for a further 3 months. |
| PAYMENT AND FEES > |
| We charge an administration fee of £10 to process successful applications and then to add your information and artwork images to the gallery. No artwork will be added to the Fine Art Editions gallery until the administration fees are paid. We accept all major credit cards or can accept cheques made payable to 'Wallcreate'. If your artwork is successfully sold then Wallcreate.com will take a 15% commission from the final sale price, the remaining 85% will then be paid by cheque to the artist or artwork owner. |

| No artwork is sold directly through our checkout pages on the website. If a client is interested in purchasing your artwork we will firstly inform you of his/her interest and then begin the process of taking payment for the artwork and the delivery costs to be delivered to the clients chosen destination. Once the client has accepted both the artwork and delivery costs and payed the said amount in full then your artwork will be labeled as SOLD on the website. |
| DELIVERY & PACKAGING > |

| Once the artwork is labeled as SOLD we then have a 14 day period to deliver the artwork to the clients chosen destination. The secure packaging and delivery of your artwork is YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILTY and please refer to our delivery options & safe packaging page (The link is above) for clear advice on this important process. If required we can organise a Fine Art Delivery specialist firm on your behalf to securely package and deliver your artwork to the clients chosen destination, although such services will cost and may deter certain clients from purchasing your artwork. We would leave the final decision on such matters to you the artist or owner. We use only reputable firms for all our Fine Art deliveries and will provide you with the costs if required for deliveries. |
| PHOTOGRAPHY OF ARTWORK FOR YOUR DEDICATED PAGE > |
| The simple rule for photography of your artwork for inclusion into the Fine Art Editions gallery is that the higher the quality of the photography we receive the better the chances of selling your artwork. As part of the administration fee we will take your supplied photography crop and prepare for the gallery, this also covers any scanning and cleaning up of the images if required. When processing your artwork images for inclusion into the gallery you have two options on your dedicated page, Landscape or Portrait. The dimensions for the landscape artwork are 450 pixels (Height) by 685 pixels (Width) at 72 dpi, and for the Portrait option we allow 550 pixels (Height) by 685 pixels (Width) at 72dpi. |
