We have tried to make all the information on Wallcreate as easy to follow as possible but it's not always easy to understand all of the terminology we use and we realise that you may have questions you feel you need to ask. Production of our digital prints on canvas?
The prints we produce are professionally printed on canvas material then stretched and stapled over a wooden frame either 2cm or 4cm thickness. Canvas prints do not need framing as they look great just the way they are.
Photo on canvas - what sized image do I need?
Good quality prints can be produced from digital image sizes as small as 50KB on our smallest 20cm x 20cm (8" x 8") canvas but we would highly reccommend much larger file sizes. Higher file sizes will produce much sharper and detailed prints and in turn better end results. if you are unsure please send us your image by email or give a quick telephone call.
Do you offer a discount for large orders?
Yes, if you place a large order with us we can organise further discounts on top of the discounts on offer. Please get in touch by email or telephone if you require a large order and we will be more than happy to arrange a quote.
Do you scan images?
If you are submitting a photograph or image to be printed on canvas and need to have it scanned please make sure the photograph or image is no larger than a sheet of A4 Paper (29.7mm x 210mm), and that the image has been posted in an appropriate envelope to restrict damage. We also advice using a recorded delivery system for your own peace of mind. All photographs or images will be returned with your finished prints.
How do I know if my online order was successful?
Soon after completing your order you will receive a confirmation of your order to your submitted email address. If after an hour you do not please let us know.
Where do you deliver to? What are the delivery costs?
We deliver our prints to anywhere in the UK mainland for £6.97! We also offer delivery to Europe and anywhere in the world but please be sure to contact us before ordering out side the European Union so we can give you an accurate shipping cost. What are your delivery times?
At Wallcreate we aim to get your canvas art to you as soon as possible. You should expect to receive your canvas within 3 - 7 working days of placing your order, orders outside the UK Mainland may take a day or so longer. As our pop art portraits require an artist to create them and you to proof them these art products can take upto 10 days.
How do I place an order? Where to buy canvas?
To place an order from our online gallery of artworks simply navigate to the canvas art prints page, select the desired image from the gallery and add to your basket. You can either continue shopping from here or go to the checkout, where you can purchase your art by credit card or using your Paypal account. To upload your own image please follow the instructions on the photos on canvas page.
What is your returns policy?
Wallcreate is happy to supply a full refund within 14 days in the unlikely event there is any obvious physical problem with your canvas which is a direct result of a productionl problem from our end. It must be noted that we are not responsible for the upload on your part in relation to poor quality, pixelisation or low inherent resolution. Please double check the preview online before you order to make sure you are 100% happy with your on-line proof. If you are unsure please state in the special instruction box or by email that you would like to see a larger proof before going to print.
Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your giclee on canvas please contact Wallcreate within 48 hours and return the purchase to us in the original packaging and we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. If your purchase was damaged in transit you must contact Wallcreate within 24 hours and sign for as damaged. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with Wallcreate.com and that's why we offer a 14 day Return Policy. During this period you can return any items that you are unhappy with (having taken reasonable care of them) for a refund. As all our canvases are produced to order we charge a restocking fee of £2.97 per item..
How safe is it safe to order canvas art prints from Wallcreate?
All payment processing is made via Paypoints using 128-bit SSL Encryption or Paypal which is the world's largest and most secure online payment system and used by thousands of people everyday. Your credit card details will be processed on secure servers so your details are safe and we promise not to give out any details to third party companies. If you prefer to speak to one of our staff you can call us on 0845 643 2728 and provide secure payment over the phone instead.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Personal cheques and postal orders are also accepted.

How does the shopping cart work?
Just like a shopping trolley at a supermarket, you can put things in your cart (by clicking on the 'add to basket' button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committed to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through to the checkout and confirm payment.
