| WIDGETS TO PREVENT CANVAS SAG > |

| Over a period of time because the natural fibres stretched canvas may sag, however as each canvas frame produced has widgets placed in the corners, if given a tap with a hammer the stretched canvas will then become as tight as the day purchased. |
| When framing canvas we carefully place in stretching widgets into each corner of the framed art prints to help prevent the canvas from sagging. |

| Although we stock one of the UK's largest range of sizes for our framed art prints, we understand that sometimes people require larger or specific sizes or shapes. For this reason we can create custom sizes for your bespoke giclee canvas print requirements. We can also create many other giclee art print products which are not listed through the website. |

| DELIVERY AND RETURNS > |
| We pledge to ensure your satisfaction and that you receive your purchase in the time stated and in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with your giclee on canvas, please contact Wallcreate within 48 hours and return the purchase to us, in the original packaging. We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. If your purchase was damaged in transit, you must contact Wallcreate within 24 hours and sign for as damaged. We want you to be delighted every time you shop with Wallcreate.com and that is why we offer a 14 day Return Policy. During this period you can return any items that you are unhappy with (having taken reasonable care of them) for a refund. As all our canvases are produced to order, we charge a restocking fee of £2.97 per item. |
Please call us on 0845 643 2728 or email us on info@wallcreate.com if you wish to return an item, for any reason. We will then give you the appropriate details to return the item to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us, unless we either delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
